Apricot (Prunus armeniaca) is a thorny and hairless tree 2-10 m high. The leaves are long and lanceolate, with toothed margins, pointed or blunt. The flowers are white or pink in color and appear before the leaves. The fruits are hairy and yellowish-orange in color.
