Pomegranate is a perennial, shrub-shaped, temperate climate plant with a very strong root system, multi-stemmed, highly branched, male-female and hermaphrodite flowers, large fruit, spherical, slightly flattened from the top. Pomegranate, which is rich in vitamin C, contains vitamins B1, B2 and calcium and phosphorus minerals in its structure. It blooms in June and July and is harvested from 5 to 25 October.
